Brown your Tofu, Don't F*ck with it!

  3. Yes... I did cut out teaser snipits. Basically I drain the Tofu, then cut in half lenthwise so I have two rectangles about 1/2 inch deep. I layer two papertowels between the slices and then sit a weight on it like a Big heavy pot and that presses the water out after about 5 minutes. I will post a vid.
